- Purchase the BOUNCE Money card, once you’ve received it you can book your session directly by walk-in at the venue. This is subject to session availability.
- The BOUNCE Money card needs to be collected at our venue if purchased online.
- This Card can be utilised for 1 Hour for Mumbai & Bengaluru & 2 Hours for Gurugram on General Admission tickets (General Access, Adult, Child & Junior Jumper), Socks, Rental Shoes, Lockers, Visitor pass, Party Rooms & Fuel Cafe (not applicable on any offer/combos).
- This card is non-transferable & non-shareable.
- This card cannot be redeemed on Memberships, Freestyle Academy, Camps, Parties, Groups and Special events packages.
- This card once purchased is non – refundable.
- This card cannot be paused or cancelled once it is purchased.
- Money Card is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
- Valid ID is required to be presented at the reception while redeeming tickets.
- Booking valid only when this card is presented at check-in.
- The prices are inclusive of GST.

- Duplicate card can be issued in lost or stolen cases at an extra charge of Rs.250/-.
