- At floor level, the host handles and manages the customers. In addition, they offer guidance and instruction to customers on how to develop their trampoline skills while abiding by safety rules.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
- Employment type: fulltime.
- Job experience: trainee host/ host: fresher to 2 years sr. Host: 2 to 5 years.
- Salary: Rs.12K to 30K /Month (As per experience)
TEAM LEADER

JOB DESCRIPTION
- To actively monitor the efficient coordination of trampoline areas, parties, group bookings, reception and tuckshop.
- To actively monitor injury prevention, safety management and ensure adequate responses to incidents on the floor to ensure safety standards are met.
- To lead and engage hosts to ensure the customer experience is in accordance with our brand values.
- To ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.
