  • All bookings and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Party room access is for booked guests only, with a valid wristband.
  • Increasing guest numbers is subject to availability, book the maximum in advance.
  • Guest numbers can be decreased by up to 5 until 7 days before the party (minimum 20 guests still applies).
  • 50% advance payment at booking & full payment required 7 days before the party.
  • Party room hire available only after jump time.
  • No outside food allowed.
  • Inform us of any guest allergies at booking.
  • General access tickets or offers can’t be combined with party bookings.
  • Water and food will only be served in the party room.
  • Lace-up, flat-soled, closed-toe sports shoes required for X-Park.
