- All bookings and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Upto 15% off offer is not valid on Epic Birthday Parties.
- Party room access is for booked guests only, with a valid wristband.
- Children must be able to walk unassisted to safely participate in the BOUNCE activities.
- A minimum of 10 jumpers is required for a party.
- Increasing guest numbers is subject to availability, book the maximum in advance.
- Guest numbers can be decreased by up to 5 until 7 days before the party (minimum 10 guests still applies).
- 50% advance payment at booking & full payment required 7 days before the party.
- Party room hire available only after jump time.
- No outside food allowed.
- Inform us of any guest allergies at booking.
- General access tickets or offers can’t be combined with party bookings.
- Water and food will only be served in the party room.
- Outside decorations, party poppers and sticking items on walls or glass are not allowed in the party rooms.
- No buffet service.
- Children must be 125cm+ to use High Ropes & Wall-Climb.
- Lace-up, flat-soled, closed-toe sports shoes required for High Ropes.
