Here are 2 simple steps to customize your MYOP:

You can still redeem your pending jumping hours post the validity period by paying additional ₹200/ hour. This extension is valid for additional month(s) equivalent to your chosen no. of month(s) in MYOP.  

Eg: If you bought 1 month validity MYOP which ends on 15th Nov 2023, then you can redeem your pending jumping hours for ₹200/ hour till 15th Dec 2023.

Terms & Conditions

  • The BOUNCE MYOP entitles you to jumping hour as selected by the said individual & for the valid time period.
  • All Prices are exclusive of taxes. 18% GST Extra.
  • BOUNCE MYOP includes one pair of BOUNCE Grip Socks during your first visit.
  • Valid at BOUNCE MUMBAI and BENGALURU.
  • MYOP is non-transferable and grants access solely to the individual named on the card.
  • The Pass needs to be collected from BOUNCE Mumbai or Bengaluru within 60 days from the date of online purchase.
  • Validity of the pass starts from the day MYOP card is collected form the venue.
  • Card is mandatory on every visit & must be presented at Ticket Counter.
  • Valid photo ID is required to be presented at the reception while redeeming the pass.
  • This card once purchased is non-refundable and not shareable.
  • Booking valid only when this pass is presented at check-in.
  • BOUNCE MYOP cannot be paused.
  • Duplicate pass can be issued in Lost or stolen cases at a charge of ₹250/-.
  • Booking slots are subject to availability, house waiting rules apply.
  • BOUNCE Inc does not guarantee the usage of all activities on certain busy days & in case of any area (trampoline activity) being closed due to maintenance / special events.
  • Cannot be clubbed with any other offers & promotions.
  • BOUNCE terms & conditions, rules & guidelines, and waiver applicable.
  • BOUNCE Inc reserves the rights to admission.

  1. MYPO is a pass where you can make your own pass with the flexibility to choose the number of Jumping Hour and the no of Jumping Months that fits your preferences and schedule.

  2. Steps to Book:
    Step 1: Click the book now button, which will take you to the next page
    Step 2: From the drop down select the no of jumping hours and the no of jumping months
    Step 3: Add to cart and proceed to payment.

    PS. If you want to buy more then one MYOP with the same credentials you can directly increase the no of quantity.
    But if you want buy two MYOP with different credentials we would recommend you make 2 different bookings.

  3. Once you have purchased the BOUNCE MYOP online, Present your e-ticket and your name to be punched on the card at the ticket counter.

  4. MYOP is Non – Transferable

  6. Yes! you can buy multiple MYOP in a single transaction.
    But if you want to buy two MYOP with different credentials we would recommend you make 2 different bookings.

  7. NO! we cannot recharge jumping hours as the card that is given to the customers have a validity printed on it. Thus, we would recommend customers to buy a new MYOP.

  8. No – You Cannot share a MYOP

  9. No – You Cannot upgrade a MYOP to any other package. You need to buy a new MYOP.

  10. Yes! You can buy personal training packages on MYOP. The training package which does not include the jump ticket can be bought on MYOP where the jumping hour can be redeemed from the MYOP.
