NOTE DOWN THESE FEW THINGS

  • Once you have purchased the BOUNCE MYOP online, present your e-ticket at the venue to collect your MYOP card.
  • The Pass needs to be collected within 60 days from the date of online purchase.
  • MYOP is non-transferable and grants access solely to the individual named on the card.
  • BOUNCE MYOP includes one pair of BOUNCE Grip Socks during your first visit.
  • The BOUNCE MYOP entitles you to jumping hour as selected for the valid time period.
  • Valid at BOUNCE MUMBAI and BENGALURU.
  • Validity of the pass starts from the day MYOP pass is collected.
  • Card is mandatory on every visit & must be presented at Ticket Counter.
  • Valid photo ID is required to be presented at the reception while redeeming the pass.
  • This card once purchased is non-refundable and not shareable.
  • Booking valid only when this pass is presented at check-in.
  • BOUNCE MYOP cannot be paused.
  • Redeem your pending jumping hours post the validity period by paying additional ₹200/ hour. This extension is valid for additional month(s) equivalent to your chosen no. of month(s) in MYOP.  eg. If you bought 1 month validity MYOP which ends on 15th Nov 2023, then you can redeem your pending jumping hours by ₹200/ hour till 15th Dec 2023.
  • BOUNCE MYOP redemption is only at the venue.
  • Duplicate pass can be issued in Lost or stolen cases at a charge of ₹250/-.
  • Booking slots are subject to availability, house waiting rules apply.
  • BOUNCE Inc does not guarantee the usage of all activities on certain busy days & in case of any area (trampoline activity) being closed due to maintenance / special events.
