Introducing ‘Book with confidence’ flexible ticketing

With current levels of uncertainty within the community we want to ensure that our customers can book their BOUNCE experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if they decide to in the future.

  • All jumping session booked between 15th Mar – 3rd May’20 can now be moved without penalty up to 3 months in the future from the booking date.
  • All fees or deposits paid will be held in credit.

At this time of concern around community wellbeing, we would like to share with you our approach to enhancing our already vigilant venue hygiene and customer safety practices.

In the best interest of our customers and staff we are implementing strategies that exceed the current guidelines around social distancing and hygiene management.

What it means:

  • Keeping enough space between you and other people to reduce exposure to any risk

How we do it:

  • The size and scale of our venues allows for significant personal space between customers
  • We have substantially reduced capacity to ensure we can enhance the social distancing and avoid crowding
  • Introducing a Zero Personal Touch policy; Smile but don’t touch…
  • No entry for anyone showing symptoms or who has travelled overseas in the past two weeks.

What it means:

  • Doing all the important things required to maintain a hygienic environment.

How we do it:

  • Promote and facilitate the key hygiene practices such as hand washing, disinfecting surfaces and avoiding unnecessary contact.
  • We have created a new role of ‘Hygiene Host’ whose job it is to constantly disinfectant surfaces and manage venue hygiene.
  • Staff screening.

At this time of concern around community health, we ask our customers and staff to unite in maintaining our sense of connection from a safe distance.
