TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All bookings and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Entry to Party room is only for booked guests with valid wrist band
  • We welcome children of all ages, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, children must be able to walk unassistedly!
  • Minimum of 10 Jumpers for a party is required
  • Increasing guest numbers is subject to availability, we recommend to plan ahead and book your maximum pax
  • Guest numbers can be decreased by up to a maximum of 5 up until 7 days prior to the party (minimum of 10 guests still applies)
  • 50% payment required at the time of booking & full payment to be made atleast 7 days prior of the party date
  • Party room hire is only available after the jump time
  • Outside food is not allowed at BOUNCE venue
  • If you have guests with allergies please let us know when making your booking
  • General Access tickets or offers cannot be clubbed with party booking
  • Drinking water and party food which is a part of the package will only be served in the Party room
  • We do not serve Buffet
  • Children must be above 125cm in height to use X-Park
  • Lace-up, flat-soled and closed toe sports/skate shoes must be worn in X-Park
